The Launch of The Web Critiq
I can proudly announce the launch of my new brain child and fun-filled side-project (to my blog), The Web Critiq. I’m very excited about this project and I hope through being objective and fair, that I can make a few friends and enemies, as well as building a “critique culture”, where it is healthy and good to evaluate your fellow bloggers, designers or Web 2.0 programmers.
The idea is not to shock or piss people off. I would like to grow this blog as a pillar in the online community and by alienating people, I just jeopardize that ambition. I’m not saying that everyone will be happy about the things said, but if all the reviews are taking into context and seen as constructive criticism, everyone should at least be content.
I haven’t decided how frequently I’ll be doing reviews, but if things grow to such an extent that you want two reviews daily, I’ll consider getting more expert Critiqs on board to give you what you want!
In the meantime, be part of the growing period, which should be a lot of fun.
